This Privacy Policy describes how Play on Worlds, LLC (herein “PoW”), a California Limited Liability Company, uses and discloses information, and what choices you have regarding this information. This Privacy Policy is in effect whenever you play PoW’s games or browse our websites (these are referred to as Services). By using any Services, you agree to the collection and use of your information in accordance with this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to the terms of this privacy policy, please do not access or use our Services.

Where possible we try to minimize the amount of personal information collected when you use our Services. We collect the following information:

You can remove your email address from the list by contacting us or clicking the unsubscribe link found on the emails.

Other Information: Unless noted elsewhere herein, we do not collect your name, email address or other similar sensitive personal information.

2. Deletion of Personal Data

You may, under certain circumstances, have the right to obtain the erasure of your Data from us. You can request for your Data to be deleted by contacting us at admin@playonworlds.games.
